How long will my manicure last?

With proper aftercare you can expect your manicure to last 3-5 weeks. Our manicurists will teach how to properly care for your enhancements so they not only last, but help your natural nails thrive.

Will the gel ruin my nails?

No. No nail product was designed with the intention of damaging the natural nail. What causes nail damage is if the nail is prepped improperly (over-filed by the technician), the enhancement is removed improperly (i.e. over-filing the nails, or ripping your nails off), or there is trauma to the nail itself (i.e. the nail gets jammed in a drawer). With proper aftercare and proper removal you will see little to zero damage from the enhancement.

Should I take a break to let my nails "breathe"?

This is a common myth we hear around the industry! Rest assured, nails do not need to breathe and do not require oxygen from the air. Nails are made of a hard dead tissue known as keratin. Any nutrients or oxygen they receive is delivered through the bloodstream. If you feel like your nails have been damaged and need time to grow out and recover, that’s totally fair! We have lots of tips and tricks to help you. At the end of the day it’s all about a good nail tech, high quality products, and proper aftercare. If your manicures are properly applied, cared for, and removed properly, you will see little to zero damage from the enhancement.
